Terry is committed to the Real Estate profession and her clients.  Her teaching background in the public and private school systems initiated her sense of professionalism as well as honed her organizational skills that are required for her high standards of client care.  Terry's exceptional listening ability to perceive and precipitate her clients needs and wants assist those clients in making their best buying and selling decisions.

Terry, initially licensed in Real Estate in 1991, swiftly moved to the top of the ranks as the Provincial REALTOR® of the Year for her International franchise.  As is often the case with Top Producers, community involvement is an important factor for Terry and she has served as a Director and Committee member of her local Real Estate Board.

In the very good year of 1993, Terry and Dorothee teamed up with their own successful Real Estate company and a year later Terry discovered Victoria when receiving a National Award... the rest is history!
